 Scott is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner with a rich background in both acute and family care. Raised in Montpelier, Idaho, Scott is a proud graduate of Bear Lake High School. His journey in healthcare began after a two-year mission to the South Dakota Rapid City Mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Scott pursued his passion for nursing at Idaho State University, where he earned his bachelor's degree in Nursing.

Upon graduation, Scott moved to Boise, Idaho, where he began his professional career as a Registered Nurse at Saint Alphonsus Medical Center. Working in the Intensive Care Unit, he honed his assessment skills by caring for a diverse patient population. After two years, Scott transitioned to the Emergency Department, where he thrived in the dynamic and fast-paced environment of emergency medicine. During this time, he furthered his education, earning a master's degree in Nursing from Idaho State University in May 2013.

Scott is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. His career in family practice is marked by a wide-ranging expertise that includes acute care, pre-surgical care, wellness programs, and urgent care. Additionally, Scott is a certified medical examiner for the Department of Transportation, extending his expertise to the assessment and certification of commercial drivers.

In his practice, Scott embraces innovative therapies that harness the body's natural healing processes. He utilizes SoftWave Therapy, a non-invasive treatment that stimulates tissue regeneration and reduces pain by promoting the body's inherent ability to heal itself. This approach reflects Scott's commitment to offering cutting-edge, patient-centered care that enhances overall wellness and recovery.

Outside of his professional life, Scott cherishes time with his family, including his wife, daughter, and their beloved Morkie, Ruger. An avid outdoor enthusiast, Scott enjoys golfing, hunting, and camping, embracing the natural beauty of Idaho and beyond.
