To ensure a smooth initial visit, please arrive 15 minutes early to complete forms, or download and complete them ahead of time here: tritonwellness.com/patient-forms

• Fragrance-Free Policy: Please refrain from smoking, wearing perfume, or applying scented fragrances before your visit. Many of our patients are highly sensitive to airborne scents.
• Allergy Tests: If you have traditional allergy test results from  a medical doctor, please bring a copy to your Initial Session. (AAT does not require this, but it is helpful data).
• Medications: You do not need to stop taking your prescription or over-the-counter allergy medications. They will not interfere with the effectiveness of the AAT treatment.
• Other Therapies: If you have massage, chiropractic, or acupuncture scheduled on the same day, please arrange them before your AAT session.
• Post-Treatment Care: Plan to avoid excessive contact with the treated substance for at least 2 hours following your session, if possible.
• Illness Policy: If you are experiencing an acute illness or  fever, please call us to reschedule your appointment.
