If you submit payment information through Clover, payment data is processed directly by Clover and is not stored on our website or practice servers. Clover is responsible for maintaining PCI‑DSS–compliant payment security. We receive only the confirmation details necessary for billing, recordkeeping, and account reconciliation.

Clover may also be used to send electronic invoices and process payments remotely. Any payment information submitted through these invoices is transmitted securely to Clover and handled in accordance with Clover’s privacy and security practices.

Clover provides payment and invoicing services as a technology vendor. To the extent Clover creates, receives, maintains, or transmits Protected Health Information (PHI) on our behalf in connection with payment-related healthcare operations, such activities are governed by applicable HIPAA requirements and contractual safeguards, including limitations on use and disclosure of information.
